Pets. Private Moorings and any repair, refurbishment or maintenance work on private craft e.g. canopies, anti-foul or upholstery.
Gift vouchers can be purchased by calling our booking office on 0800 144 4472. Vouchers cannot be purchased online.
Vouchers can only be redeemed over the phone or in person, they cannot be used online. Vouchers are only valid for Holidays booked with Herbert Woods LLP they cannot be used with any of our agents. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date stated on the reverse of the voucher.
Vouchers can be used for full or part payment towards the following:

Vouchers cannot be used to pay Fuel Deposits or Damage Waivers. All vouchers are non refundable and should the value of the holiday be less than the voucher amount no change will be given. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and will not be valid if defaced in any way. Vouchers are registered to the person(s) named on the reverse of the voucher and are non transferable. Resale or duplication of vouchers is strictly prohibited and will result in the voucher being void. Recipients of vouchers must be over 18 years of age. Herbert Woods full terms and conditions apply.
